OCEA signs the first OCEA Classic 85

OCEA shipyard has signed a build contract for the first OCEA Classic 85 to be delivered for the summer 2008.

The OCEA Classic 85 is designed by the naval architect office Joubert-Nivelt.

Conform to the design brief of all OCEA Yachts; the OCEA Classic 85 is designed to cruise extensively and to the most secluded places. The OCEA Classic 85 distinctive design feature is a spacious panoramic saloon located behind the bridge and surrounded by full height windows.

Her main characteristics are:

  • Breadth: 7.20 m
  • Max Draft: 1.80 m
  • Displacement: 100 t
  • Max speed 12.7 kts / Cruising 9.0 kts

  • 1 Owner's stateroom

In addition to this new order; two OCEA Commuter are currently under construction at OCEA Shipyard. They are scheduled for delivery in the spring and the summer 2007.
